WordPressの本文から制御文字を除去するプラグイン

久々に WordPress のプラグインを作りました。

とあるサイトのRSSフィードで下記エラーが出ていて、
調べたら記事本文に制御文字が入っていたのが原因だった。というのが作ったきっかけです。
